Services

Fair prices, plain English.

We repair computers, destroy data properly, and consult on the stuff you'd rather not guess at. Every job funds free workshops — and often gives a student supervised hands-on experience.

Computer repair

Setup, virus removal, installs, printers

Software and peripheral installation, malware clean-up, new machine setup, printer wrangling and the everyday problems that make people want to throw a laptop out of a window.

Remote

$50 first 2 hours

then $20 / hour

We connect to your machine and work through it with you on the phone.

On site

$85 first 2 hours

then $30 / hour

We come to your home or office in the Norristown area.

Pickup service

$65 up to 72 hours

We collect the machine, fix it at the bench, and bring it back. This is the option where a student may assist under supervision — which is part of why it's priced the way it is.

Same-day

+$30 rush fee

Added to any of the above when you need it today.

Data destruction

NSA/DoD-compliant hard drive erasure, so what was on the drive is genuinely gone.

$10 per drive

Physical drive shredding — coming soon

Antivirus software

We'll recommend and install protection that actually suits how you use the machine, rather than whatever came bundled and started nagging you.

E-waste collection

Drop off at any event, or get on a monthly or bi-monthly pickup route.
